Review: how Qantas’ new boarding groups system works
Jul 21, 2023, 10:34 PMWhat nobody is mentioning in respect of overfull overhead lockers is that there are many selfish, thoughtless people who are such tender blossoms that they have to stretch their legs right out under the seat in front even on one-hour flights, meaning that they put both of their carry-ons in the o...

New Air Canada lounges for Toronto, San Francisco, Montreal, Vancouver
Jun 30, 2023, 03:44 PMA new Maple Leaf lounge at YYZ can't come soon enough - the current one is a nightmare. But where is the new one being opened in "northern summer 2023"? Other people were having the same problem.

(Yes, some of us...

Review: how Qantas’ new boarding groups system works
May 31, 2023, 03:12 PMAir Canada uses five boarding groups (occasionally six), with your zone number printed HUGE on your boarding card. An announcement is made at least once before every flight that boarding will be by zone numbers, so please look at your VC to see what zone you are in now. {There is no rear-stair bo...

Would Qantas devalue its frequent flyer points?
May 23, 2020, 12:24 AMI recently contacted Qantas FF on behalf of a friend who lives in Cyprus, is a Qantas FF member, and is not on the internet (yes, they exist; he's 70). He normally comes to Australia once a year, but with the borders firmly shut it's unlikely he'll be able to come anytime soon (not an Australian)...

Where did my post go? It glitch or censorship?
Aug 07, 2019, 10:38 PMStill unable to access more than one discussion thread. After the first one loads OK, the message for all subsequent threads is that the thread doesn't exist or has been removed. Not using Explorer, though - using Firefox for Mac.
